2. If pick-up service is not available at your location, you will be required to self-ship the product to our office address.
3. Return or exchange charges may apply on a case-by-case basis.
4. Returns will be accepted only in the case of receiving a damaged product. A video of the damaged product must be made immediately upon receiving the product and sent to us for verification.
5. Return requests should be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.

Note for Returns:

• Items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
• The product should be returned in its original packaging with tags intact. Items without original tags will not be accepted.
• Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
